The team maps a real order from stock reservation to delivery, calculates contribution after picking and returns, and selects a pilot assortment. The second session examines observations from a store or warehouse and resolves the handoffs between departments.
Format: Two workshops with a field assignment between sessions.
Team output: An order process, capacity worksheet and pilot launch plan.

Participants connect objectives to channel decisions, distinguish acquisition cost from order profitability and review the evidence behind an agency recommendation. They assign decision owners and prepare a management review using their own reports.
Format: A working session followed by a review of the team’s revised plan.
Team output: A decision map, budget review and team scorecard with metric definitions.
Explore the business taskMarketers, e-commerce managers, content teams and their leaders.
The team chooses a recurring task, prepares evaluation examples, compares outputs and measures review time. Exercises cover product content, customer feedback and brief preparation. Participants write quality criteria and decide how the workflow enters routine work.
Format: A practical workshop and an evaluation session using completed exercises.
Team output: A workflow evaluated in the exercises, an evaluation set and an owner for the next review.
Explore the business taskNew e-commerce leaders and managers taking responsibility for online sales.
Participants evaluate a trading plan against stock, contribution, acquisition and delivery capacity. They work through competing requests from stores, marketing and IT, then prepare a sequence of decisions and a first operating review for the business.
Format: A case workshop, individual assignment and management review.
Team output: A trading review, prioritised initiatives and a leadership action plan.
