Corporate training in marketing, digital and AI
I design sessions around a company’s objectives, the participants’ roles and their starting knowledge. A programme can cover marketing strategy, e-commerce, digital channels, analytics or practical AI use, with exercises adapted to the team’s actual tasks.

01 / Context
Who this is for
For small business teams, growing brands, marketing departments and large companies. Separate programmes can be designed for owners and executives, marketing specialists, sales teams or cross-functional groups. Sessions are available in English and Russian, online or in person by arrangement.
02 / Decisions
Questions we examine
- What should participants be able to do after the programme?
- Which marketing or digital decisions need a shared understanding across roles?
- Where can AI support current tasks, and how should its output be checked?
- What exercises and follow-up work will help the learning transfer into practice?
Results of the engagement
- A programme adapted to the company’s goals and participant experience.
- Practical exercises, facilitated discussions and feedback on the team’s work.
- Agreed learning materials, checklists or templates for use after the session.
- A plan for applying the learning, with follow-up review if included in the scope.
What to prepare
Tell me the topic, business task, participant roles, group size and preferred format. Examples of current work help calibrate the level. For AI sessions, agree the tools participants can use and prepare suitable exercise material in advance.
How we start
Send a short description of the business, the decision in front of you and the result you need. We discuss the context, identify useful inputs and agree the format, scope, timing and fee.
Write about your projectProgrammes for your team
Choose the business task. Each programme combines a working session, an assignment and a review of the team’s decisions.
Retail online launch and order operations
Retail, e-commerce, store operations and customer support leaders.
The team maps a real order from stock reservation to delivery, calculates contribution after picking and returns, and selects a pilot assortment. The second session examines observations from a store or warehouse and resolves the handoffs between departments.
Format: Two workshops with a field assignment between sessions.
Team output: An order process, capacity worksheet and pilot launch plan.
Explore the business taskMarketing decisions, budget and team management
Owners, commercial directors, marketing leaders and cross-functional teams.
Participants connect objectives to channel decisions, distinguish acquisition cost from order profitability and review the evidence behind an agency recommendation. They assign decision owners and prepare a management review using their own reports.
Format: A working session followed by a review of the team’s revised plan.
Team output: A decision map, budget review and team scorecard with metric definitions.
Explore the business taskAI in the marketing team’s daily work
Marketers, e-commerce managers, content teams and their leaders.
The team chooses a recurring task, prepares evaluation examples, compares outputs and measures review time. Exercises cover product content, customer feedback and brief preparation. Participants write quality criteria and decide how the workflow enters routine work.
Format: A practical workshop and an evaluation session using completed exercises.
Team output: A workflow evaluated in the exercises, an evaluation set and an owner for the next review.
Explore the business taskE-commerce leadership and cross-channel economics
New e-commerce leaders and managers taking responsibility for online sales.
Participants evaluate a trading plan against stock, contribution, acquisition and delivery capacity. They work through competing requests from stores, marketing and IT, then prepare a sequence of decisions and a first operating review for the business.
Format: A case workshop, individual assignment and management review.
Team output: A trading review, prioritised initiatives and a leadership action plan.

Which format should we choose?
A masterclass introduces a topic through demonstrations and discussion. A workshop helps participants work through a shared task and produce a draft result. A training programme develops skills through exercises and feedback, and can include several sessions with work between them.
Can a small team take part?
Yes. A small group can focus on one workflow, campaign or management problem. For a larger company, we can separate participant levels and use cases so that the exercises match people’s responsibilities.
Is AI training limited to prompting?
The programme can also cover choosing suitable tasks, preparing information, checking quality, protecting business data and organising human review. Prompting is considered within the workflow that participants need to use.
