01 / Context
Who this is for
For organizations modernizing digital sales and customer engagement, resolving fragmented responsibilities or choosing the sequence of technology and process investments.
02 / Decisions
Questions we examine
- Which business capability is missing, and how would its improvement be observed?
- Where are decisions blocked by systems, processes, incentives or skills?
- Which dependencies must be resolved before committing to a large technology programme?
What the work can produce
- A target operating model for the selected commercial or customer-facing scope.
- A phased roadmap showing business outcomes, dependencies and accountable owners.
- Governance and measurement principles for reviewing progress and adjusting priorities.
The final deliverables are agreed for your business and engagement.
What to prepare
Start with the decisions currently on the leadership agenda, the organization map and the main systems involved. Workshops with commercial, product, IT and operations teams help establish a shared view of the constraints.
How we start
Send a short description of the business, the decision in front of you and the result you need. We discuss the context, identify useful inputs and agree the format, scope, timing and fee.

Can the engagement focus on one business unit?
Yes. A bounded scope such as digital sales, CRM or customer service can make the dependencies and outcomes easier to assess. Adjacent functions are included where they affect that scope.
How do we agree the engagement and fee?
We first discuss the business question, available information and expected output. The format, scope, timing and fee are then agreed for that engagement.
